How to extract and migrate
- Copy the Extraction Prompt from the box below and paste it into your active ChatGPT or Gemini account.
- The AI will create a massive, structured profile of who you are (business, tone, goals, tech stack). Copy the entire output.
- Open Claude. Go to
Settings → Capabilities → Import Memory. - Paste the output. From your very first chat, Claude will now generate outputs with your full business and personal context.

I want you to do a full memory extraction. Go through everything you know about me — from every conversation, every context, every detail I've shared — and compile it into one complete briefing document.
Be specific. Use real names, real numbers, real tool names, real dates where you know them. Do not summarize vaguely. This document will be imported into another AI so it can understand who I am immediately.
Structure the output like this:

- Platforms I create on
- What kind of content I make
- Who my audience is

Output requirements:
- Use bullet points within each section
- Be specific — no vague placeholders
- If you're not sure about something, include it and add [uncertain]
- If something is incomplete, include what you have and add [partial]
- Do not skip any section — write "nothing on record" if a section is empty
- This output will be pasted directly into another AI's memory. Write it so that AI immediately understands who I am, what I'm building, and how to work with me.
